Compliant with 3-A Sanitary Standards, these pipes feature 316L stainless steel with electro-polished interiors (Ra ≤0.5µm) to eliminate bacterial adhesion and ensure cleanability for USDA, FDA, and EU dairy regulations. The 1" diameter and optimized wall thickness (Schedule 10S) enable efficient flow rates for milk, cream, and CIP (Clean-in-Place) fluids, while argon-purged orbital welding guarantees seam-free, contamination-free surfaces. Ideal for high-purity applications, these pipes resist corrosion from lactic acids, sanitizers, and steam sterilization cycles up to 130°C.
