Manufactured under ASTM F138 (ISO 5832-1) standards, these vacuum-melted (VM) tubes ensure exceptional biocompatibility, low inclusion content, and resistance to sterilization methods (autoclave, gamma radiation). The 316LVM grade, with controlled carbon (≤0.03%) and ultra-low impurities, minimizes ion leaching and thrombogenicity. Available in diameters from 1mm to 10mm, these capillary tubes feature ultra-smooth surfaces (Ra ≤0.2µm) and ±0.05mm tolerance for endoscopes, catheters, and drug delivery systems.
