TP347H Stainless Steel High-Pressure Pipes (1.5" SCH160) by Jiangsu China Steel Union Industrial Co., Ltd are engineered for ultra-high-temperature applications in power plant boilers, superheaters, and steam reforming units. Compliant with ASTM A213, these stabilized austenitic stainless steel pipes contain niobium (Nb) to prevent carbide precipitation and ensure exceptional creep resistance at temperatures up to 700°C. The 1.5" SCH160 dimensions (OD: 48.3mm, Wall Thickness: 7.14mm) withstand pressures exceeding 3,000 psi, making them ideal for critical steam lines exposed to thermal cycling and oxidation. Seamless manufacturing and solution annealing guarantee microstructural stability in coal-fired, gas-fired, and biomass energy systems.
