Hot Sale Cold Rolled Steel Strip Galvanized Steel Plate Gi Slit Coil Metal Strip Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Strip
For galvanized coils, the thin steel plate is immersed in the molten zinc tank, so that a thin steel plate with a layer of zinc is
adhered to the surface. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the coiled steel sheet is continuously
immersed in a galvanized bath with molten zinc to make galvanized steel sheet; alloyed galvanized steel sheet. This kind of steel
plate is also manufactured by hot dipping method, but immediately after leaving the tank, it is heated to about 500°C to form an
alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has good paint adhesion and weldability.
Stainless steel cold rolled strip
①Using "stainless steel strip/coil" as raw material, it is rolled into materials by cold rolling mill at normal temperature. Conventional thickness <0.1mm~3mm>, width <100mm~2000mm>;
②["Cold-rolled steel strip/coil"] has the advantages of smooth and smooth surface, high dimensional accuracy and good mechanical properties. Most of the products are in coils and can be processed into coated steel plates;
③Cold-rolled stainless steel strip/coil production process: ⒈pickling → ⒉ rolling at room temperature → ⒊ process lubrication → ⒋ annealing → ⒌ flattening → ⒍ precision cutting → ⒎ packaging → ⒏ reaches the customer.
hot rolled strip
①The hot rolling mill is used to make strip steel with a thickness of 1.80mm-6.00mm and a width of 50mm-1200mm.
②[Hot-rolled strip/sheet] has the advantages of low hardness, easy processing, and good ductility.
③Hot-rolled stainless steel strip/coil production process: ⒈pickling → ⒉ high temperature rolling → ⒊ process lubrication → ⒋ annealing → ⒌ flattening → ⒍ fine cutting → ⒎ packaging → ⒏ reaches the customer.
difference between hot and cold
① Cold-rolled steel strip has good strength and yield-to-strength ratio, while hot-rolled steel strip has good ductility and toughness.
②The surface quality, appearance, and dimensional accuracy of cold-rolled steel strips are better than those of hot-rolled plates.
③The thickness of cold-rolled steel strip is ultra-thin, while the thickness of hot-rolled steel strip is larger.
Silicon steel strip
Grain-oriented silicon steel strip is also called cold-rolled silicon steel strip for the telecommunications industry. It is used to manufacture cores of various power transformers, pulse transformers, magnetic amplifiers, converters, etc. with operating frequencies above 400 Hz and has a grain-oriented structure of varying thicknesses. Silicon steel thin strip larger than 0.20mm.
cold rolled steel strip
Cold-rolled steel strip for deep drawing is a low-carbon high-quality carbon structural steel cold-rolled steel strip used for deep-drawing complex drawn parts.
delivery status:
It must be delivered after heat treatment and smoothing.
The surface of the steel strip as supplied should be rough or bright.
Usage: Widely used in automobiles, tractors and other industries.
Stainless Steel Strip Performance
The physical properties of stainless steel strips, like other materials, mainly include the following three aspects: thermodynamic properties such as melting point, specific heat capacity, thermal conductivity and linear expansion coefficient, electromagnetic properties such as resistivity, electrical conductivity and magnetic permeability, and Young's elastic modulus , rigidity coefficient and other mechanical properties. These properties are generally considered to be inherent characteristics of stainless steel materials, but are also affected by factors such as temperature, degree of processing, and magnetic field strength. Generally speaking, stainless steel has lower thermal conductivity and higher resistance than pure iron, while properties such as linear expansion coefficient and magnetic permeability vary depending on the crystal structure of stainless steel itself.
Table 4-1~Table 4-5 lists the physical properties of the main grades of martensitic stainless steel, ferritic stainless steel, austenitic stainless steel, precipitation hardening stainless steel and duplex stainless steel. Parameters such as density, melting point, specific heat capacity, thermal conductivity, linear expansion coefficient, resistivity, magnetic permeability and longitudinal elastic coefficient.
