The 316Ti stainless steel plate (12 gauge / 2.69mm thickness) is a titanium-stabilized austenitic alloy engineered for extreme chloride-rich and high-temperature environments in the oil and gas industry. Compliant with EN 10088-3, it delivers superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking (SCC) in sour service (H₂S-containing) and offshore applications. The addition of titanium (≥5xC content) prevents sensitization during welding, ensuring structural integrity in pipelines, subsea equipment, and refinery components. Its non-magnetic properties, combined with high tensile strength and oxidation resistance up to 800°C, make it a critical material for corrosive hydrocarbon transport and processing systems.
